This website

No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The site doesn't load anything from other companies.

The contact form doesn't send anything by itself. It opens your own email app (or Gmail) with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running.

When you email us

Your message, name and email address arrive in our Gmail inbox. Our assistant reads it and writes a reply with a language model that runs on our own secure home server, so your message isn't passed to an outside AI company.

If you book a call, your name, email address and the time go into Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invite with a Google Meet link.

A short record of each conversation is kept on the home server: your name and email address, the subject, the start of your message, our reply and any booking. Only the latest 1,000 records are kept. Older ones are removed automatically.

Businesses we contact

We sometimes email businesses whose contact details are publicly listed, for example on Google Maps, about our service. Those details are kept in a private Google Sheet. Our outreach emails say who we are and how to opt out: reply “unsubscribe” and we won't email you again.

Our clients and their customers

When a business uses our assistant, it handles that business's customer inquiries only to reply and book on its behalf. Each client sees only their own activity, in a console protected by a private access key. The key stays in your browser for the session, or on that device if you choose “Keep me signed in”.

What we never do

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email owenthopsonwork@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
